Welcome to CCAE

“CCAE offers outstanding professional development opportunities for advancement professionals at every stage of their careers. As a member of the CCAE Board, I have the privilege of collaborating with colleagues from across the education sector—collaboration that is more important now than ever as we collectively navigate significant headwinds. Education plays a critical role in advancing our country, and CCAE strengthens our ability to lead through learning, connection, and shared purpose. The value of a CCAE membership extends well beyond access to programs and resources; it fosters a national professional community where we are stronger through the exchange of best practices, tools, and experience.”

“A CCAE membership feels like gaining an entire community of experienced colleagues—without the cost of adding a full-time staff member. The CCAE community offers a wealth of sector-wide knowledge, tried and tested ideas, and thoughtful guidance that supports our work in meaningful ways. Whether seeking strategic insight, creative solutions, mentorship, or simply a sounding board, there is always someone within the CCAE community ready to help. Their collective expertise and generosity ensure that none of us are navigating challenges alone, and that we are continually growing, elevating our practice, and strengthening our impact across the advancement sector.”

“Canadians have much to be proud of our in our schools — they are some of the best in the world, and we are a leader in education and research. But to stay that way we must respond to some distinctly Canadian challenges with appropriately Canadian solutions. As a community of leaders and practitioners, CCAE has never been more important or necessary. It’s where Canadian schools can go to find proven Canadian solutions and analysis for our most pressing challenges — keeping our sector strong for our country’s future.”
